Instructions
- Boil the chipotle peppers in water over medium heat until hydrated, about 5 min.
- Brown the chilies on a griddle until they turn brown.
- Brown the tomatillos, garlic and onion on a griddle.
- Blend the tomatillos, garlic, onion and chilies with a little water, approx. 1/2 cup and salt to taste.
