Store Return and Exchange policy
Because we are interested in having our customers satisfied.
We will do our best to resolve any differences.
1.- Items can be returned only for store credit, issued in the form of a discount code sent by email. We cannot issue refunds.
2.- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order. (delivery date)
3.- Items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached.
4.- Shoes must be tested indoors and on carpet. (to avoid wear marks)
5.- Please allow 3 to 5 days for us to process your refund once it is received by our Distribution Center.
6.- Mexican in New England is not responsible for any returned package that may be lost or stolen in transit.
7.- Keep the proof of shipment and / or the return tracking number when you send your returns.

A member of our support staff will respond as soon as possible.
2.- Print your pre paid return label. You will be emailed a pre-paid return label by email or text. You will need access to a printer.
The original shipping fee used to ship the product to you cannot be refunded because it has already been paid to the carrier.
If you choose to have the shipping label shipped to you, it will be deducted from your refund
3.- Package the products
Products must be returned in the original packaging.
Include your original receipt.
4.- Shipping your exchange
Tape your USPS return label toyour box then drop it off at any USPS Post office locations.
