Se cocina con agua a fuego medio los tomates y chiles aproximadamente 10 min.
Retirar el rapo de los chiles y la piel de los tomates.
Incorporar en licuadora o procesador de alimentos los tomates, chiles, jugo Maggi, 1/2 diente de ajo y sal, licuar con media taza de agua.
